Master Aryon is a Dunmer Sorcerer residing in his chambers in the stronghold of Tel Vos. He is a councilor of House Telvanni, and is the appointed overseer of Tel Vos. Levitate is needed to reach him. His mouth is Galos Mathendis. The guards describe Aryon as "half-Telvanni half-Imperial" like his city, which is a Telvanni mushroom growing out of a castle. Aryon is the most open-minded master of House Telvanni and, because of this, the conservatives disfavor him. He is searching for new allies, as seen in Message from Master Aryon.
