Degrowth is a new property of bloons, and is the opposite of Regrowth. Instead of regenerating one layer per second, Degrowth bloons degenerate one layer per second (disappearing when all of the layers are gone). When bloons with this property are attacked by towers, they grow layers back instead of losing them. Therefore, it is best to Cease fire! your towers when these bloons come.
