One Piece Blue: Grand Data File (ワンピース ブルー グランドデータファイル) is the second databook. It was released on August 2, 2002 and follows the series from volume 1-24. It includes not only various character and series information, (indexed by order of appearance on each volumes, with page number associated), but also eight new four-panel manga side stories, the Luffy Pirates 4-Panel Theater (ルフィ海賊団四コマ劇場 Rufi Kaizokudan Yon-Koma Gekijõ). Each of the shorts featured one of the Straw Hat Pirates in absurd situations. The book also contains on a making of part, including an interview of the author, a sketch of his workplace and how he draws manga. It then concludes on the complete mini-series Diary of Coby-Meppo
