To takie proste was the entry to the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest representing Poland, and it was performed by the group Sixteen. The song was performed in Polish, and the group also recorded the song in English under the title When love turns to hate. It was performed seventh on the night following Slovakia and preceding Israel. At the close of voting, it finished in 17th place with 19 points.
