David Armin-Parcells (born on February 10, 1972 in Montreal, Quebec) is a former actor who portrayed Claude Tanner in Degrassi High. Not much information has been gathered on this actor, because Degrassi High was the only show that he ever acted on. He is currently living in Detroit, Michigan as a DJ and is running a wine bar/shop named Motorcity Wine with Mark Szymanski.
