He is a Chinese wizard who is charged with the task of freeing the spirit of the legendary Chinese dragon with "the eyes of the idol" that he must deliver to the tomb of Pan Xiang Chao, a good wizard whose tomb has been cursed by evil wizards. He is accompanied by a parrot named Shanghai.
