Literally meaning "The Green Ones" in the language of the Temujai, 'atabi' is the common Temujai name for the Araluan Rangers. Colonel Bin'zak reports a scout or sentry seeing an atabi during the Battle for Skandia, but the report is dismissed as a slanderous rumor by Shan Haz'kam. The Rangers of Araluen were given this name after Halt stole a batch of Temujai breeding stock to create the elite Ranger Horse breed.
