Myst: The Soundtrack is an album consisting of the music found in Myst, along with a few tracks which were written for the game, but ultimately unused. All tracks were composed, performed and recorded by Robyn Miller, who, along with his brother Rand, created the video game series. The track listing on the CD's packaging generally categorizes the tracks by the Ages in which they are heard in the game. The two main themes of the soundtrack were written for the character Atrus' sons Sirrus and Achenar, each of whom generally has his own separate area within each Age where his theme can be hear while exploring.
