Verdugo were created by a fusion of a Human and insect DNA injected with an enhanced strain of the C-Virus. They are extremely rare with it working out of 1/1000 and so only two have been created, serving Ramon Salazar as his personal bodyguards. They concealed their mutated forms beneath voluminous Los Illuminados cloaks, with one wearing red and the other wearing black.
