Commander Lisa Kennedy was a character in The Bill during 2010, when she was the Area Commander for Canley. It is believed she was in charge in 2009 as she tells recently promoted Superintendent Jack Meadows she voted against his recommendation for promotion from his predecessor John Heaton.
