The Tickling Charm (Rictusempra) is a charm that can be used to produce an intense tickling sensation in the victim, forcing them to wheeze, laugh and even fall to their knees. Harry Potter used this on Draco Malfoy in December of 1992 in the Duelling Club after the latter had used an unidentified spell to knock the former over the head.
