Albert Barnaby was a male Human Starfleet officer born in 2343 on Zadar IV to Edward and Lee Barnaby. He had one brother, Harold, whom resided on Meezan IV. Barnaby graduated from the Starfleet Academy and was assigned to the USS Enterprise-D as a duty security officer under Captain Jean-Luc Picard. He served with distinction, and was promoted to lieutenant, junior grade in 2366. In 2368, underwent field training for tactical duty, in which he excelled in simulations.
