Charles III (German: Karl III.) (29 October 1746 - 1 April 1795) was the Count Palatine of Birkenfeld-Zweibrücken from 1775 until 1795 and the Count of Rappoltstein from 1767 until 1795. Charles numbered himself as the second through his descent from the Counts Palatine of Birkenfeld-Bischweiler, but as the Duke of Zweibrücken he is numbered the third.
