The Peace Heathens are a Seattle activist group dating from about 1988. Their Seattle Crisis Resource Directory was originally a booklet targeted at homeless youth in the University District, but has been online since the mid-1990s and has expanded to cover everything from 12-step groups to resources for veterans and the elderly.
