Darkmoon Faire Mystic Mages can be found scattered throughout the racial capital cities of the Horde and Alliance while the Darkmoon Faire is available. For a small price (scaling with level) they will transport players to the Darkmoon Faire portals in either Elwynn Forest or Mulgore.
