A former employee of Vlad Taltos. Quion was an older Dragaeran who was a habitual gambler. When going to work for Vlad, he promised he had stopped gambling, and seemed sincere in wanting to get a fresh start. Eventually, however, Quion stole 3,000 Imperials from Vlad, and attempted to hide out at Dzur Mountain, where he believed he would be safe. Unfortunately for Quion, he was a part of a set-up by Sethra Lavode to get Vlad to come to Dzur Mountain. Rather than giving Quion sanctuary, she killed him.
