Weaponoids were first conceived by the Central Research Department. In a secret facility referred to as the "E.M.A. Facility', the Weaponoids, personifications of Chips that are weapons sealed into Chip form, were created as the next advancement in Chip technology started by Dr. Cohen. To manifest as humanoids, Weaponoids draw on a large quantity of Photons to give them substance.
