Piper and Paige were looking for a paragon of good to protect from the Thorn Demons. As the innocent came down an alley, she started talking to Piper and Paige handed them flyers, causing Piper to freeze her. However, at that moment a group of Thorn Demons attacked. The sisters managed to vanquish the group, but not before Piper was hit by a thorn in her hand. This attack was later revealed to have been set up by Cole Turner.
