(Ship Recognition Manual, Volume 3: Ships of the Klingon Empire) In 2375, the QIj'tel was escorting a convoy that was ambushed by the Jem'Hadar. Surviving the attack the ship managed to avoid the Jem'Hadar for three days despite its heavy damage, before returning to friendly space.
