USS Chancellorsville (CG-62) is a Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser in service in the United States Navy. She is named for the Confederate victory over Union forces under Robert E. Lee at the Battle of Chancellorsville, Virginia. United States Navy ships are rarely named for Confederate victories in the American Civil War. Up until 30 December 2011, the ship was operationally part of Carrier Strike Group Seven. Her current operational assignment is unclear, but she is administratively part of Commander, Naval Surface Forces Pacific.
