Hulme - Stage 4 was part of a wider redevelopment of the Hulme area of Manchester in the 1960s. Stage 4 (Otterburn Cl) contained ten 6 storey deck access blocks containing 229 flats. They were built in 1967 and demolished in the mid-1990s as part of the Hulme City Challenge. They were replaced by traditionally built homes.
