Captain Jessica Murrow was a Starfleet officer from the 24th century and the commanding officer of the USS Cibola. Murrow served as the commanding officer of the 523rd Tactical Wing during the early months of the Dominion War. During a patrol of outlying systems near the front lines she was killed when the Jem'Hadar ambushed the tactical wing at Svandroth and destroyed the Cibola.
