The United Systems Space Command also known as USSC, is the military, exploratory, and scientific agency of the United Earth Government (UEG). The USSC was formed in the 2180s, after the three arms conflict and arose from the United Nations Space Command (UNSC). The United Nations Space Command oversaw three Arms of the Milky Way, the Orion Arm, the Perseus Arm and the Cygnus Arm. Although Perseus Arm and the Cygnus Arm are mainly newly founded colonies, they were loosely control by the Colonial Administration. The Perseus and the Cygnus arms mainly brought a wealth of raw materials to the Orion Arm; the UNSC seemed to only care of the interests of the Orion Arm. The Sagittarius Arm, the Norma Arm, and the Scutum-Crux Arm were under the control of an unknown alien entity at the time.
