After preforming the half tiger hand seal the user will focus chakra in their palm where the seal is. Once done the seal will increase the of the users hand by several pounds depending on how much chakra is used. This jutsu is mostly used in taijutsu for example if the user was in the air with their opponents they could use this jutsu then do a downwards thrust for the targets chest.
