Feeling melancholy that she can't control her students, Hinako Ninomiya runs into a fair where she obtains Siamese fighting fish that allows her to retain her adult form all the time. Ranma wants to know the secret to her form retention and searches her apartment looking for the bowl before being confronted by his teacher. Akane then shows up to return her wallet only to find Ranma and frightened teacher in bath towel. Inside the apartment, Hinako spends her time more distracted than ever. After this goes on for a while, Ranma frees her from the stress of having to maintain the adult body by covering up the bowl. The two play games for rest of the night.
