Harland Holmes is a former NASCAR driver from Lewiston, NY. He competed in three Nextel Cup Series events in his career. All of those races came in 1950, when Holmes debuted at Vernon. His debut went poorly, finishing 23rd (last). Luckily, Holmes was able to improve in his other two races, finishing 15th at both Rochester and Hamburg.
