The Medallion Of Poseidon is a magical item that appears in the cartoon show special "The Smurfic Games". It was owned by Argus, who kept it hidden in his castle because it held a destructive power that he didn't want to fall into evil hands. Upon his death, Argus had a smurfberry bird carry it to Papa Smurf in the hopes that he would know what to do with the medallion. However, his cousin Gargamel was desirous to get his hands on the medallion to use it for destroying the Smurfs.
