During the Galactic Empire, the pirate Fandar ran a group of pirates, with the assistance of his right-hand man. Fandar teamed up with the Alliance to Restore the Republic to raid an Imperial treasure ship, but Fandar's right-hand man betrayed them, and the lured his commander and an Alliance force into an ambush.
