He is an evil, but silly pig (hence his name) with a high-collared cape (and equally high voice) bent on ruling Udrogoth. Chuckles lives in a castle on the outskirts of the kingdom. His powers come from an amulet he possesses, the Mystic Amulet of Hogswineboar. This grants him amazing mystical powers such as psychokinesis, blasting magic to rival even Lula's, and conjuration. He is also able to invent Mecha-Dave and his Chuckle-bot. His schemes usually rely on a particular gimmick (like giant clams, giant ducks, evil pastries, or evil furniture).
