Ciribal Armel is a scion of a Force-strong Isen noble house, and a recent recruit to the Cult of Shadow. Ciribal did business with Col. Siriss Cortann after her escape from a Jade Empire Forcer-prison. He hired a team of 'mercenaries' (Ashin Varanin, Brembla Kol, Ciaron Tan'ar, Emarin Cronos and Talia Brunesi) as bodyguards and escorts; two of them later saved him from an assassination attempt at a formal ball.
