Tomas Francisco Gabella is born in the Philippines in 1938. His father is one of the most famous Philippine Scouts during World War II, fighting for the Allies during the Japanese invasion of the Philippines. Tomas Gabella is raised in the Philippines during the World War II. He learns Japanese, and helps in recovering lost Japanese soldiers after the war. In "The Last Kamikaze", he acts as the guide for Steve Austin to retrieve a nuclear warhead in a Pacific jungle island near to the Philippines. It is soon revealed that Tomas Gabella has other plans instead.
