The Pillar of Acedia focuses on time manipulation. Through the use of Logos Arts, the user can speed up or slow down time. This is the pillar learned before the Ira and Superbia Pillars. This pillar grants a kinjutsu, known as Chrono Calculation. Using this, the user traps themselves and anyone in a thirty-kilometer radius in a bubble of stopped time. However, time has not completely stopped but it is moving at a very slow rate. It is labeled as a kinjutsu because the user is trapped in their own time bubble and the only way to release them is to have another Acedia Pillar user use Chrono Calculation to overwrite the first one.
