Landrin's House in Beregost has been overrun by Huge Spiders, and that is why she is hiding in The Friendly Arm. You will find her on the top floor of the inn. In classic Baldur's Gate, the side quest Landrin's Possessions is commonly known as Landrin's Spiders. This is a multi-part quest, and each part can be completed separately. She promises a reward if you bring back the body of a spider, her husband's boots, and some wine. She will also give 6 antidotes to a character with a high enough (+4) Reaction score.
