An unnamed Psi Cop met with Alfred Bester on Babylon 5 in 2260. Bester, currently taking Sleepers, lamented that she didn't arrive earlier to scan Michael Garibaldi. They discussed how Dust was created by the Psi Corps and that they were glad the confiscated Dust was back in their control.
