The Awakening on Ulgethon was an engagement on the Sangheili world of Ulgethon at the beginning of the Created conflict. As Cortana signaled her Guardians to rise, so did the machine beneath the surface of Ulgethon and as it rose from the ground, it did so in the volcanic region of the planet. However, with the rise of the Guardian, its Promethean and Warden Eternal guardians do so aswell, they would go on to attack the local populace. As the Guardian prepared its slipspace jump, the Glorious Justice activated its plasma projector against the Guardian, damaging it. As the Guardian jumped, the shockwave damaged the Glorious Justice rendering it combat inefficient, remaining Promethean forces were eventually destroyed after assistance from the damaged ship above.
