The lost kingdom of Lirgen (pronounced LIHR-gehn) lay in what is today known as the northern part of the Sodden Lands. It was ruled by the Saoc Brethren, a group of astrological philosophers. Its capital was the city of Hyrantam. Another notable settlement was Oagon. The appearance of the Eye of Abendego drowned Lirgen, and the land of Yamasa to the south. Afterwards, a rogue group of astologers from Lirgen took over the city of Jaha, in the Mwangi Expanse.
