Mr. Carlow is the husband of Mrs. Carlow, the father of a 12-year-old daughter, and a resident of Larkin Mills. In December of 2010, he was among the adults who went caroling with a group including his wife and daughter, Brian and Bonnie Seabury, and Alexandra Quick.
