These fighters were 25% more maneuverable than a Super Veritech and had a top speed of Mach 5.1. It was also equipped with autosynch stealth technology which made it invisible to all known RDF and even Zentraedi radar or tracking systems. In terms of armaments, it was equipped with a GU-13 50mm Gun pod. In addition, it was armed with a missile system which was able to be used in battle engagements. Similar to the other Veritech fighters, the Interceptor Series 2 was able to convert from fighter to Guardian and Battloid mode.
