Rackman, Craig Mansfield, lived off the Atlantic coast on his own private island. Also, he was born with dwarfism, but he used telescopic stilts ("racks") to become tall. The stilts also could be extended to be used as weapons or climbing aids. He uses his racks to fight criminals and help those in need.
