Himerish the Oracle is the ruler of Kandrakar and who gave the girls their powers. He possesses unimaginable dimension-breeching powers, but acts as a guardian for the maintenance of the multiversial balance and as such is very cautious in the use of his abilities. It is also revealed that he had a part in creating W.A.R.R.I.O.R. and is a good friend of Haos the nymph of light.
