The Code of Laws are, to be frank, the rules of the region. They represent all of the regulations by which the government follows. From them, all procedures are carried out fluidly, from selecting a delegate, to running elections, to removing a hostile nation from the region. Without them, sheer anarchy would rule the land. These rules are maintained by various members of the cabinet, and are interpreted by the Minister of Justice.
