A Day One strategy comprises a comprehensive set of actions to be executed by a federal agency during the last days of 1999 and the first days of 2000 to deal with the Y2K problem. It must be integrated with agency business continuity and contingency plans, and should describe the key activities and responsibilities of agency component organizations and staff.
