Ocean Balaenas are enemies in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They are members of the Balaena family, and can be found at level 60 in Oblivia north of FN Site 305, and level 57-58 on an island in southeast Oblivia Waters. This island is home to Bressole, the Fugitive.
