Janstren Brell was a con artist and the leader of the criminal organization Red & Black League. He ran the League from his headquarters on the planet Herstell V and made a huge profit by fixing the Ursellin Sun Jammer Race and other swindles like the Trancret Stock Exchange Swindle and the Perkel sector Mining Fleecing. Brell was thought to funnel much of his ill-gotten gains into buying protection.
