The Hunters made their debut in the third-tier Suomi-sarja in the 2007-08 season. They were relegated from the league following the 2012-13 season, but quickly regained their spot in it after winning the Southern section of the 2. Divisioona in 2014. The club currently competes in the Suomi-sarja. Their home arena is the Porvoon jäähalli.
