In the early stages of Redwall.org, David Lindsay hosted the official Redwall Abbey club. Originally, in order to join, one had to successfully complete a Redwall-themed crossword puzzle. Members received a membership packet upon joining, and then a further two mailings throughout the year, generally late autumn and early summer. The packet contents varied, but usually it consisted of stickers, bookmarks, recipes, quizzes, Brian Jacques' biography, a poster, and Redwall Collector Cards. Memberships cost £5.00, or $10 for U.S. residents. The club was headquartered in Liverpool, England.
