Manuela Cortez (b. 11 Apr 1946; d. 16 Aug 1994) was a housekeeper in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In August of 1994, she was murdered by the serial killer known as the Poet, and her death was investigated by Albuquerque detective Morris Kotite.
