The Mels Boys are a gang who are based in Melbourne they had around a 100 members in 1981 and first came to cross Emma Smith when they killed her mate Carrie when she was shot by there leader Mike Sanders they manage to win the gang war aware that Emma Smith had seen everything they kidnapped her and planned on killing her. However when they offered her one last request and she asked for some weed so she could be stoned when the bullet hit her. They untied Emma who then took action and beat up 5 members of the Mels Boys. It was then they wanted to stop Emma Smith at all cost.
