Akkhan's Leniency is a Legendary two-handed flail in Diablo III, added in patch 2.4. It requires character level 70 to drop. The special affix boosts Blessed Shield with each cast, stacking infinitely (number of stacks displayed on the skill icon), renewed with each recast. However, due to short duration, it is hard to preserve these stacks between battles.
