The Outer-Rim Territories Defence Fleet, or First Fleet of the Triumvirate, was a prototype fleet developed to test shipyard designs and prototype technologies developed by the Triumvirate Engineering Corps. As one of the oldest fleets of the Triumvirate it is generally commanded by the Fleet Admiral or Grandmaster of the Venatoris, although a traditional Admiral will command the vessel in times of general peace in the Galaxy.
